Job Summary


This is a great opportunity for an ecommerce and online marketing
professional to create the online strategy and deliver a fantastic customer
experience that will support the commercial expectations of the business.
You will take ownership of the website and drive all aspects of its evolution
from technical, sales, marketing and social media.
The Web Manager will be responsible for digital acquisition and retention of
customers as well as creating and implementing the sales and marketing
strategies plus social media.


The Web Manager will be responsible for growing the online team and liaison
with all functions in the business. You will be reporting to the Head of
Marketing and immediately have one direct report.


Responsibilities


• Create and deliver the online sales and marketing strategies including
social media

• Manage and develop the online analytics package, ensuring all digital
sales and marketing activities are tracked, measured and reportable

• Manage the online store – from content updates, sales order
processing to customer service

• Keep up-to-date on the latest developments in digital communication
strategies, including what the competition is doing and market trends


Your Profile:


• You have previously managed an online store, everything from content
updates, sales order processing, customer retention to strategy work

• You have experience of creating and delivering sales and marketing
strategies to drive sales, increase brand awareness and market shares

• You have excellent skills and experience of using online marketing
techniques such as PPC, SEO, email marketing, affiliates and social
media (Facebook, Twitter and Youtube)

• Good knowledge of Google analytics, experience of reporting on
defined KPIs such as conversion, sales, traffic, usability etc.
