This privately owned agency with an ambitious leadership team has this open vacancy for a new head of digital. Surrounded by 60-70 specialists, mainly creatives, brand consultants, project managers, ux professionals and multi platform developers, you will lead the commercial and operational aspects of the digital business. The agency brings a unique blend of skills to help businesses address sustainability, and digital ideas and strategy needs to sit at its heart. The remit is to deliver ideas to better business, providing creative solutions and consultancy.
The head of digital will be willing to take responsibility for important business goals and turn plans into action. You are strategic to the highest levels, and see the opportunities to maximize an exciting client base. As the agency lead in your field, you will contribute to strategy, creative and content with a solid technology passion and know-how. The four main aspects of the role include:
Leadership – leading the digital mission, ensuring full integration with propositions central to the agency thinking
Business Development – provide insight, research and ideas for thought leadership marketing; respond to and convert new business opportunities.
Execution – ensure the approach to digital technology is current, relevant and expertly executed
Strategic – digital strategy lead on projects, structure and planning lead, client growth strategy
The role will be measured on successful integration of digital thinking and current offer of consultancy; quality of digital ideas and execution; achievement of digital new business and client income targets; profitability and efficiency.
