The Role

Reporting to the MD the role requires a dynamic person that is analytical, organised and methodical in their approach. Experience with managing ecommerce projects within agreed tight timescales and coordinating with developers and designers plays a big part of this role as well ownership of the product offering.

The business has customers in several European markets so the successful candidate needs to be confident in managing projects that require collaborating with different teams, therefore cross functional exposure is important. The ability to work without supervision is also high on the list of prerequisites.

As well as the duties outlined below, the successful candidate will understand how to interpret Google Analytics and have a good overall understanding of the eCommerce space.

This role is crucial to help Voga successfully maintain growth in new markets.

Core Responsibilities include Web content and Development as well as Co-ordination of Marketing activities.

Specifics;

o Setting the pricing strategy for multiple countries/currencies
o Ownership of the entire product range for the company
o Understanding and measuring the competitive landscape for Voga
o Management for over 1000 skus in four markets and more as Voga expands
o Working with the MD to create the email campaign roadmap and liaising with the designer and linguists to ensure timely roll out of emails
o Organising photo shoots of new products and managing the content of multiple stores, liaising with the relevant linguists
o Managing the product content attribute piece including shipping weights and product merchandising
o Managing the customer email databases
o Managing the onsite promotional banners in the required languages, again coordinating between designers and linguists
o Managing the flow of distressed stock and aged stock on the four websites
o Working with Magento developers to ensure timely project management goals are reached
o Research and seek out new products to market
Skills required but not essential.
• Knowledge of basic HTML
• Proficiency in Microsoft excel and word and good with numbers
