Job Description

A Digital Marketing Coordinator to coordinate and implement the Digital Marketing strategy for Chic Outlet Shopping®.

1.Content management of
•Manage translation process with 3rd party of content for
•Brief digital creative and development team on assets required for and 3rd party websites.

2.Devise, create, build and implement monthly newsletter and CRM communications to the international Chic Outlet Shopping® consumer and Travel Trade database:
•Creation and maintenance of an editorial calendar with all key messages and content for monthly newsletters.
•Prepare all emails using Insights (or any future technology)
•Monitor results on a monthly basis and propose new ways of increase open and click through rates.

3.Ownership and management of Chic Outlet Shopping® Digital budget:
•Creation of Purchase Orders and liaison with third party suppliers regarding the invoicing process.

4.Support the implementation of the digital element of all travel trade partnerships:
•Execute any required content updates on Chic Outlet Shopping® content on 3rd party sites.

5.Brainstorm and bring new ideas to the team around the digital marketing strategy including website, CRM and social media so the strategy reflects the best of the fast changing digital world.

6.Build relationship with Village Digital Teams via the implementation of regular monthly calls to find ways to better amplify Village marketing activities to an international audience.

7.Produce monthly digital channels report (Website traffic, newsletter performance and campaign success) and analysis.

Candidate Requirements

1.An interest in luxury brands and retail preferable and experience in a digital environment is essential.
2.Proven track of budget control
3.A good knowledge of IT and MS Office packages is essential.
4.Demonstrable experience in the use and understanding of internet technology and processes, particularly:
•content management systems databases and data management
•Google analytics
•Image creation and optimisation
•website creation and launch (general principles – hands on development experience is not essential)
5.Strong organisational skills, able to plan, prioritise and execute duties efficiently.
6.Self starter that proactively takes the initiative to learn and solve problems.
7.Any knowledge of specific internet technologies (HTML, CSS, XML) would be useful but is not essential.
8.Full competency and expert use of all VR digital and database platforms
