Job Description are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to drive the vision and strategy for the global digital marketing channels.

Reporting to
Head of Digital Marketing
• Responsibility for channel budget, GOV performance and YOY growth
• Providing strategic and tactical leadership for PPC, SEO, Display, Social, Affiliate and Partnership channels
• Proactive management of the online marketing budget, delivering cost efficient solutions to budget/forecast, maximizing return on investment and communicating effectively with all stake holders
• Operational responsibility for digital marketing channels - strategy, reporting, planning and execution
• Manage global digital marketing schedule in line with trade to meet and exceed targets
• Work with marketing to ensure all communication reflects the brand proposition and is consistent with the website and other marketing material
• Customer acquisition and retention through SEO, PPC, Display, Social, Affiliates and Partnerships
• Find innovative ways to drive traffic and boost conversion through both mobile and desktop devices
• Monitor PPC performance on a daily basis and optimise budget, creative and keywords to deliver profitable revenue growth
• Work with SEO agency on link building strategy to drive quality traffic to site
• Manage affiliate relationships to optimise, reactivate and recruit traffic and sales for
• Negotiate and schedule new partnership deals in line with trade
• Generate maximum traffic and ROI within budget through display media
• Manage product feed across Google base, affiliate and price comparison channels
• Produce reports on progress against goals and relevant digital metrics and circulate to senior management
• Effectively manage supplier relationships
• Channel training and knowledge share for Digital Marketing Executive/Assistant

Candidate Requirements

Essential Skills
• 3+ years Digital Marketing experience
• Proven track record for marketing sales
• Experience of forecasting & budget management
• Ability to articulate and champion digital marketing best practices and standards
• Extensive experience of all marketing channels (PPC, SEO, affiliates)
• Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
• Advanced reporting skills
• Experience working with tracking and reporting systems (Google Analytics, Adwords, 3rd party and inhouse systems)
