The Digital Offers business unit of this leading global financial services organization is an innovation team that creates incremental revenue streams for the group. Reporting into the Director of Sales & Account Development for Digital Offers, The Head of Sales Digital Offers is a strategic senior leadership role responsible for leading, managing and developing the digital offers acquisition across both B2B and B2C channels.
Managing a team of six direct reports and a wider team of 30 you will develop and maintain a high performing sales culture, creating clear targets and incentives to drive the desired performance outcome. You will have P&L accountability, ensuring proactive and remedial action is taken if required. In addition you will develop a targeting strategy to identify new merchants, formulate and deliver negotiation strategies by merchant and develop & aggressively deploy key business development strategies to recruit and implement complex merchant offers to achieve ambitious targets.
To be considered for this role you will have proven experience in people management with a record of achieving motivation and team work in a new business environment. You will have a good digital head on your shoulders and ideally have worked in an Internet company where you have managed their large offline sales team.
