The Vodafone Post-pay (contract) team are going through an exciting period of transformation of the business model. In order to maintain momentum & take the segment to the next level, we need to have a business plan that delivers across all functional areas in the business. In essence, this pivotal role will ensure that the entire Vodafone organisation is singing from the same song sheet.
This role will focus on defining the Post-pay segment plan along with senior management, obtaining buy-in from cross functional areas to deliver the plan and the on-going measurement against agreed timelines. The role will also influence the future strategy of Post-pay through strong market knowledge, cross business plan awareness and competitor information.
Your main responsibilities will include:
•Working with senior management to deliver the Post-pay plan through existing processes such as Q+ and YOY planning
•Communication of the plan across the business for functional planning and awareness
•Ensuring that the plan turns into execution and constant tracking and monitoring of progress
•Highlighting key challenges that can influence delivery of the plan
•Understanding of the market place (insight), customer segmentation and needs, competitor portfolio and future technology in order to shape and influence the overall Post-pay plan
Your skills and experience will ideally include:
•Significant experience in a customer focused sector within Vodafone,
•Project Management experience with a track record of delivery
•Experience in building and executing plans, with proven results.
•PowerPoint and Excel highly proficient.
•Educated to degree level or equivalent
•Marketing, Strategy Consulting (with strong client side planning experience also) background.
