Purpose of role:
To provide functional expertise and leadership to drive the Ecommerce in the EMEA Zone franchise markets. Ensure markets interpret International Ecommerce strategy into local market plans that are in line with brand positioning to drive new customer acquisition and growing average customer value. Review execution to improve ROI and shape future Ecommerce strategy
Key Job Accountabilities:
•Support the Franchise Account Directors in getting franchise sign-off for Ecommerce system implementation.
•Liaise with franchise organisations to develop an understanding of the requirements and deliverables of an Ecommerce channel.
Supporting Franchisee’s existing sites:
•To communicate the global Ecommerce strategy and guide franchisees on Ecommerce mechanics and operational processes for E-marketing, commercial offers and customer segmentation.
•Development of short and long term performance objectives for Ecommerce for franchisees
•Embed Ecommerce principles and facilitate best practice sharing amongst franchise and company markets.
•Experience of creating and running a site is essential.
•Proven understanding of web technology and consumer needs.
•Strong expertise in e-marketing (paid search, SEO, Affiliate-marketing, display e-mailing, social media)
•Experience with customer segmentation.
•Proven analytical skills.
•Experience of working with Franchisees desirable.
