Job Description

This is a superb opportunity for a Senior Commercial Aggregator Manager to join the Internet Acquisition team of an International Financial Services company where they will be accountable for driving all new customer acquisition through Aggregator and Affiliate Channels which is a channel that currently drives 75% of the company’s overall open market acquisition volume and is an integral role in the overall acquisition team.

You will own the relationship with external Aggregator partners and manage ongoing activities with both external and internal parties to optimise performance through nominated components of the channel, namely, 3rd party Aggregator partners, Aggregator emails, site positioning and placements. This will include working strategically with Aggregator partners to continuously improve existing activities, enhancing product positioning and seeking new opportunities for growth, such as positioning products on other tables within aggregator sites.

Strong communication and presentation skills are essential to be able to influence and negotiate both internally and externally. You will be responsible for negotiating key contractual terms and strategy for all core partners. In addition you will be responsible for delivering the product and pricing strategy in this space, ensuring that the correct tradeoffs between value and volume at a segment and supplier level are achieved.

To be considered for this role you will possess an analytical mind, be comfortable with numbers and be able to hold your own in commercial conversations with partners, agencies and stakeholders. You will be target driven and able to move projects forward gaining buy in from relevant parties in a matrix environment. A self motivated team player who is able to define, structure and prioritise work for themselves as well as others, you will have the flexibility and capability to change priorities when circumstances change. You will be passionate about understanding key drivers and how these contribute to the business as well as have practical experience of using analytics and customer insight to solve complex business problems. Experience of managing digital channels for customer acquisition is a must.
