A superb opportunity has arisen for a Digital User Experience Manager to join one of the strongest finance brands in the UK where they will contribute to making the company one of the worlds most valuable finance brands.
You will manage the design and development of the web experience including Internet Banking, creating a best in class journey which drives customer satisfaction, user visit frequency and duration. You will manage and develop all online tools either within the company’s main website as well as its micro sites. Further you will optimise user journeys for minimal clicks and progressive sales funnel management to maintain survival rates. Finally you will review and refine IA and own the lead generation journey for products on the site.
To be considered for this role you will possess excellent skills and knowledge of web experience and sales funnel management. You will have substantial user/customer experience including experience of creating concepts, user processes and interface designs for a diversity of high-traffic dynamic websites. Financial services desirable though candidates from other industries will be considered.
