You will have strong mobile technology experience, ideally gained within the UK retail market with particular focus on customer experience and creating and developing commercial propositions to enhance the overall customer shopping experience, delivering commercial advantage to the business through effective deployment of new technology within a multichannel environment.
In this role you’ll help to identify, scope and shape future e-commerce and multi-channel opportunities, specifically in the areas of mobile marketing & retail through working with internal and external partners.
With the relevant hands on production/project management experience in mobile & digital across large brands or retailers, you will define the requirements for bold mobile proof of concept development projects which can be delivered across a range of channels/interfaces to help the brand assess the required costs & impact for estate or product category-wide rollouts.
In addition, you’ll manage the impact of new projects on existing business processes and future developments and work with the Mobile Business Development Manager to maximise the growth of existing businesses through innovation and continuous improvement. Technically you’ll have a broad & deep knowledge of mobile technologies, web platforms & technologies (APIs, HTML5, CSS, applications) with a real focus on the customer experience.
