Job Description

My client is a global luxury fashion E-Commerce Retailer. They have experienced substantial growth over the past 18 months, having launched into various new countries and are now recruiting a number of key roles to increase revenue through the website.

The Retention Manager will have overall responsibility for building and implementing CRM campaigns, including email, life-cycle & re-engagement programs. You will manage segmentation projects to identify key customer groups and set up loyalty/VIP schemes to ensure repeat custom. You will also liaise with other departments including customer service, marketing, development, and product teams to ensure that all customer touch points are effectively used to support the CRM strategy.

Candidate Requirements

This is a stand-alone position and so requires someone who is comfortable with being hands-on. Prior experience within Retail/Fashion is hugely advantageous. Most importantly you will have experience in setting up CRM/Retention strategies. You must have a good understanding of database management and segmentation techniques and be able to share best-practices across the business.
