Overseeing an existing and high performing function the opportunity is to evaluate and then deliver improved customer engagement online. Be this through improved customer journey, transactions, service support or simply funnel management you will be the key to generating and then through your team continually developing the customer experience.
You will currently be operating in a customer centric business where digital is at the heart of the organisation. With a strong leadership style you will be comfortable liaising with IT or developers ensuring that improvements to the site are top of the agenda but also leading edge.
From a pureplay, multi-channel or agency environment, digital must be at the heart of your career with a proven track record of developing and delivering market leading customer experience online.
