About the role
This is an incredibly exciting time for everyone here at the National Trust. As we continue to bring some of the nation’s best-loved places to life doing exciting things in all sorts of new ways, we want to understand more about our visitors. And by joining the team, you’ll help us do just that.
As a technical expert, we’ll look to you to guide and inspire your team, making sure each and every one of our projects and campaigns works in the best and most efficient way possible. You love getting to grips with the latest CRM and analytics trends and you’ll have no problem making sure we take advantage of both new and existing technologies to improve our results. As someone who can see the true value of data to an organisation, you’ll champion the use of analysis within the Trust to help us achieve our aims and ambitions. You’ll also evaluate the overall performance of direct marketing campaigns, learning from what went well and what didn’t. Ultimately, your findings will help to shape how we work in the future.
With a love of facts and figures, you’re a CRM and data analysis expert with solid experience and up-to-the-minute know-how. You’ll have a good knowledge of market research, intelligence and analysis, but, more importantly, you’ll be able to advise us on how to use it to best communicate with new and existing supporters. You’ve first-class communication skills and you love sharing your specialist knowledge with your team. You’ve also the know-how and enthusiasm to engage, influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels and the ability to explain complex matters in a way that non-technical people can understand.
