•Plan and administer the Digital Marketing budget.
•Keeping the Board of Directors and Marketing Manager aware of any up to date technology from a digital perspective that can contribute to awareness raising of our brands and sales.
•Work with the Marketing Manager and the in-house campaign team to develop multi-channel/ integrated marketing campaigns to drive sales.
•Manage the administration of new products to the e-commerce sites ensuring optimised for search engines.
•Benchmark our activities against competitor websites and report back to the Marketing Manager, Marketing Director and Managing Director.
•Manage PPC campaigns for all company websites to drive awareness and sales.
•Manage all shopping channel feeds e.g. Google Product Search, Amazon and eBay.
•Implement new and effective digital marketing methods and content in line with company objectives.
•Develop, scope and deliver the SEO strategy for the main .com site, mobile site, blogging and social media platforms.
•Produce SEO analysis including, performance metrics, keyword research, competitive market audits, website audits, etc.
•Help in the day to day production of the content flow of all our websites.
•Increase site traffic through a mix of online and offline marketing (in conjunction with the Marketing Manager) and promotional initiatives.
•Ensure that the design and content of websites is on-brand, relevant and compelling and is optimised to drive traffic, generate sales leads and direct web sales.
•Co-ordinate the compilation of monthly ROI and website analytics reports.
•Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information. Conduct general market research into new products as required.
Having built a solid career delivering and proving results, you will now be ready to devise and drive a strategy for a business embracing the potential that Digital Marketing has. You are likely to have gained your experience in another direct sales environment, or you may be an executive or manager in a Direct Response Digital Agency.
•Understanding of email best practice standards and methods of delivery, tracking and measurements.
•Practical ‘hands-on’ experience of digital marketing in cross-media applications.
•An understanding of web technologies, including CMS systems, HTML and CSS.
•Previous experience working as an online development executive or similar role.
•Experience of working in Google Adwords to manage in house PPC search advertising campaigns and the ability to advise on PPC strategy.
•SEO; keyword research, website analysis and link building experience.
•Experience of Affiliate marketing and merchant side account management.
•Experience in working with Google Analytics to monitor website performance and the ROI of marketing initiatives.
•An understanding of web best practices, including accessibility, usability.
•To champion and lead the importance of Digital Marketing within Cardea Solutions, while keeping stakeholders engaged and managing relevant relationships carefully
