We are looking for a CRM Manager to join our busy e-Commerce and Marketing team. This role is responsible for ensuring data and insight is used effectively to maximise sales and marketing performance and will continually seek ways to improve the impact data has across the business. The role primarily focuses on email and catalogue marketing activity to increase traffic to the site and raise conversion, customer loyalty, and size/quality of the database.
Key Responsibilities include:
•Identifing target data for specific marketing campaigns and ensuring any recipients are excluded from any overlapping campaigns. This will require an ability to interrogate existing databases as well as reviewing external data sources
•Undertaking analysis and providing performance reports & insights across our eCommerce & Marketing activities to include: Campaign effectiveness & performance, Conversions through the sales process (incl ROI & recommendations for future areas of marketing spend).
•Experience of coordinating email campaigns from brief to live date
•Comfortable using HTML/Photoshop
•High attention to detail
•Strong analytical and numerical skills
•Excellent multi-tasking and organisational skills
•Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate and influence effectively at management level
•The ability to prioritise, use initiative and perform under pressure
•A proactive and flexible approach
•Good creative eye for online and email
