In this job you will be responsible for managing digital projects for our client base ranging from publishers to ecommerce sites, through to some of the best known media companies, brands and charities in the UK, Europe and North America; ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to client satisfaction.
You will be responsible for:
*Understanding and translating client requirements into a set of clearly defined deliverables, ensuring the project scope and effort is understood
*Using your industry knowledge and experience to provide expert consultancy and recommend solutions
*Briefing and managing internal teams
*Managing project progress and issues, ensuring the project is delivered on time and to quality
*Providing regular clear project status updates to all stakeholders
*Managing client expectations

*Disciplined Project Management skills and organisation

*Excellent communication skills, whether dealing with marketers, techies, designers or directors
*Experience of using email, CMS or CRM platforms
*Knowledge of project methodologies such as PRINCE2, APM, Agile
*A great personality and a good sense of humour – absolutely necessary!
*A graduate with 2-3 years’ digital industry experience ideally in a project or account management role
*Highly organised and responsive
*Based in Oxford
*A UK or EU citizen, or otherwise have the right to work in the UK
