Our client is an International retailer with presence growing country by country at a rapid rate. They are one of Britain’s best loved brands, offering a unique proposition to millions. They are now looking for a key member of the User Experience team to come in and manage various digital touch points.
The function of this team is to helping improve customer satisfaction, brand engagement and conversion through the development of best in class digital user experiences. Part of your role will be to Identify, design and deliver simple, intuitive, useful and engaging end to end user experiences across all digital touch points. With a focus on mobile devices, in store touch screens and new / emerging technology experiences.
You’ll be a true user experience guru with either agency or client side exposure able to Identifying and apply user experience trends and innovation to meet evolving customer behaviours and needs. You’ll work closely with user experience designers, research, visual design and development internal teams and partners to deliver the best digital user experiences.
With a proven track record of e-commerce, digital user experience and usability including development of user journeys, wireframing for big web and mobile devices you’ll know this role is great opportunity.
