We are looking for a experienced, proven and strategic PPC professional to lead our client’s paid search program in EMEA. The Director of Paid Search, EMEA, will manage a team that improves best practices in paid search, by:
- designing and analyzing experiments to test optimization theories
- continual evaluation and optimization of bidding strategies
- new opportunities in keyword discovery
- innovation in creative enhancements
You will be required to work with the Product Team to align traffic acquisition strategies with the goals of the overall business, as well as lead the aggressive growth and optimisation of existing search accounts.
The perfect candidate for this role will have extensive experience in PPC marketing, notably on the client-side at some point. You will be a quantitative thinker, with a passion for problem-solving and a genuine curiosity about how customers search. You will also have the ability to grow and nurture a team, as well as strong organisational skills. A 2nd language is advantageous, however not essential.
