An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, creative individual in a Digital Marketing Manager role within the Decision Analytics Marketing Team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing for Identity and Fraud, the Digital Marketing Manager will be part of the digital marketing team which works closely with the campaign team.
We are looking for someone who combines the best digital knowledge and experience with the ability to plan strategically and commercially for a leading business-to-business brand.
This role will involve considerable exposure to the business, and will give the post holder an opportunity to demonstrate their ability through a wide ranging number of projects.
The individual will have the opportunity to develop and implement the digital strategy for a £100M+ turnover business line working within a FTSE 40 organisation.
Strategic leadership in digital
Develop the vision and strategy for digital marketing for the Decision Analytics business line
Scope and develop the strategic marketing plan for digital marketing activity.
Oversee implementation of the plan directly and/or indirectly through campaign programmes and deliver value adding lead generating/brand building activity.
Evaluate impact on business objectives, digital marketing plan and overall campaign activity.
Content strategy and management
Use innovative technologies to present online content to customers and prospects
Manage SEM/PPC online campaigns to help drive awareness, trial, purchase, penetration and retention of products and services
Develop leading edge communication content and navigation from market research, customer insight, competitor analysis and technological innovation.
Working with the in-house campaign team to develop multi-channel / integrated marketing campaigns
Take responsibility for the management of digital marketing activity for the BU websites.
Ensure that the design and content is on-brand, relevant and compelling and is optimised to achieve traffic, lead and margin objectives.
Reporting / analysis and budgeting
Compile monthly / quarterly reports and present against planned results of quarterly activity.
Analyse performance of all activities and implement the necessary changes to plans so that the business and marketing objectives are achieved.
Provide analysis and recommendations for review (post campaign/monthly/annual) to enable more efficient spend of marketing budget.
Working to agreed budgets with approved suppliers
Knowledge of marketing:
Multi-channel / integrated marketing
Web analytics- Analysis and evaluation
Setting up and managing content managed websites (especially using Teamsite)
Email best practice standards and methods of delivery, tracking and measurements
Implementing new and effective digital marketing methods and content to deploy product and solution information via the web and direct sales team.
Data strategy and CRM systems, especially Siebel
Has a critical eye with understanding of user behaviour in a digital environment
Knowledge of budgeting and reporting
Developing and reporting on success measures / KPIs
Evaluation of marketing programs
