From our website to brand new in-store technology, everything at M&S is designed with our customer in mind. And our multi-channel teams are behind many of these new developments. There are plenty more exciting changes coming up, including the implementation of one of the UK’s largest multi-channel platforms. And with increasing emphasis being put on digital, we’re looking for experienced Architects to join our team.
Having worked in a number of e-commerce and multi-channel areas, you’ll ideally be familiar with working in large corporate environments. Governance experience is a must, as is business engagement and stakeholder management as you’ll be working closely with senior business users at times, too. Experience in at least one of the following is also vital: call centre, contact centre, payment, order management, integration (websphere), new channels (including kiosk, web, touch and mobile devices).
