To provide analytics support for the Trading, Content, Production, Usability (and Marketing) teams that enables them to prioritise areas of focus and make well informed decisions to drive sales and customer experience.
To provide business reports that summarise daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly ‘trading’ patterns.
• Min 3 years online retail analytical experience. (Preferably clothing).
• Highly proficient in Excel.
• Highly proficient in using one/and or either Omniture or Google Analytics.
• Process and supplier management.
• Change management.
• Reasonable understanding of Content Managements systems.
