We are looking for a new analyst to provide the Online Merchandisers and Buyers with trade reporting and analytics support to help them prioritise areas of focus and make well informed decisions to profitably grow their Divisions and the Harrods Direct business as a whole.
Working with Omniture and the trading cubes, your responsibilities will be the provision of the key day-to-day trade and web analytic support for Harrods Direct.
Your analysis will provide clear, concise, action oriented recommendations and assist with the development of trade and analytics tools.
You will need a working knowledge of trade reporting, data models, sampling and statistical and web testing techniques. Knowledge of analytics and tools e.g. Google Analytics or Omniture as well as a sound knowledge of SQL databases would be an advantage, together with experience in traditional trade reporting.
You will be a commercially minded individual with experience in interpreting data into meaningful information who is self motivated and who has good organisation skills.
We need an indiviual who is enthusiastic with a flexible working attitude and a passion for metrics and quantitative analysis, with the ability to run analysis into actionable programmes.
You will need to have excellent attention to detail, be highly numerical with a strong commercial acumen.
