We have a fantastic opportunity to join our online team as an Online Marketing Manager, reporting into the Head of Customer & Marketing, this role will see you developing & implementing online marketing strategies to acquire and retain high quality customers.
With an accomplished range of skills from high level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution, you will utilise all online marketing channels to drive traffic to harrods.com with a focus on PPC, SEO, Affiliates & Display.
You will work closely with the in-store Marketing team and CRM to utilise multi-channel opportunities when launching new brands and products, offering appropriate traffic acquisition campaigns whilst maintaining traffic to existing categories/brands/products.
To be successful in this role you will have the ability to look to the marketplace to identify best practice and innovation in the digital space in order to improve customer acquisition results by looking for new and innovative ways of acquiring new customers, pulling together business cases and implementing campaigns.
This is a senior position within the team and requires a highly experienced online marketing professional, preferably with a retail background.
You will bring expert knowledge of all online marketing techniques and emerging technologies to the role with a proven record of delivering growth and experience of working with industry tools and packages, such as Omniture & Google Analytics
