A global top tier financial services institute has created a new role as part of its global expansion plans.
Reporting into the Group Head and managing a large team across direct channel, software delivery and change delivery you will be responsible for driving strategies to make the bank an upper quartile provider of electronic services to its customer base. You will manage the design, build and testing for digital change in the region. Driving and coordinating the digital development agenda you will be responsible for ensuring the proposition is globally consistent and best in class. Working with heads of country you will need to articulate the group strategy and ensure the smooth adoption by the in-country channel teams.
You will have a strong understanding of the electronic channel industry including, technical, commercial, market place and customer considerations. With a robust commercial orientation you will have extensive experience of managing operational functions, directing process reengineering and efficiency exercises. You will need an exceptional ability to lead diverse teams across different functions and countries. Deep and wide subject expertise of digital channels within banking is essential.
