Job Description

- To work with the Area Director of Communications to create and execute the annual eCommerce strategy for The Dorchester, Coworth Park & 45 Park Lane, in line with the annual Sales & Marketing strategy.
- To help maximize revenue & occupancy levels to drive business across the 3 hotels through own brand and 3rd party digital platforms
- To actively engage customers through CRM
- To implement new initiatives to support S&M strategies
- To develop and implement online marketing projects to promote The Dorchester, Coworth Park & 45 Park Lane
- CRM Campaign management
- To develop and implement the content of the websites for The Dorchester, Coworth Park & 45 Park Lane to maximise revenue, occupancy levels & drive business growth
- To maintain a positive image and updated messages through differing online channels

Candidate Requirements

- Degree level education or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in similar eCommerce role (luxury and/or hospitality experience preferred)
- Understanding of full range of marketing disciplines
- High level of computer literacy and application of IT systems such as Google analytics, content management systems
- Strong understanding of search engine marketing, both PPC and SEO
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and indesign is a plus
- Experience in working with a diverse specialist team
- Proven experience of budgeting and planning
- Proven ability to network and build effective working relationships
- Rounded understanding of E Commerce ie eContent, eMarketing and eAnalysis
