We are now building our own Bank. A Bank which will change the shape of UK banking, bringing new levels of service and value to our customers by listening to what they want, and producing the products and services that they need. Communicating this new approach to banking to our customers will need fresh thinking and an intuitive understanding of customers and brands.
As Online Marketing Manager, you will take a senior role within Marketing at Tesco Bank. This key role will require you to take responsibility for the planning and execution of all Online Marketing activity undertaken within Tesco Bank. You will ensure that our activity delivers its targets within agreed acquisition costs, ensuring that Tesco Bank sustains and enhances its position of being best in class for online marketing activity.
You will also manage and motivate your experienced online marketing team and a number of external agencies including KPI and performance management to ensure they deliver both value for money and high quality service to the business.
We are looking for someone with significant experience in Online Marketing who is able to demonstrate knowledge and success across PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Aggregators, Online Display Marketing and Social Media. You will be an excellent people leader, comfortable managing a budget of c£15 million, and credible at a senior level within your current organisation.
