This top notch production agency is looking for a similar minded Head of Account/Project Management to join the team based in Central London. With an impressive list of agencies they service as well as their own direct clients - they produce a fantastic range of integrated campaigns and will stop at nothing to continue their good service and increase its grasp on the market.

As Head of Account/Project Management, there is a wide range of expectations around this role. Firstly being a new role, this brings a new set of challenges in which a large amount of time is required to get the team up and running and with a cost efficient Profit and Loss to match. So not for the faint hearted, this will be hard work to get going. Internal processes will need to be reviewed and aligned together in a consistent manner. The quality control will also need to be assured to a high standard. In the New year the agency predicts a large scale of work coming in from new clients so there will need to be a full review of skills assessment and workloads within the team to ensure client expectations are managed and matched.

Key responsibilities of the Head of Project Management include:

-Managing a large team of AM/PMs on day to day projects
-Overseeing all projects with resource, status and output through with PMs
-Creating and controlling internal process and quality control
-Ensuring all budgets are managed with overview on whole dept
-Ensuring all new work brought in is managed to high standard

The current department is sitting around 10-12 people so a proven ability in managing this size team is essential as well as the planning to ensure team growth. Your communication skills will be clear and consistent and the team should feel able to approach you with any issue/discussion. Taking responsibility of the jobs from briefing stage through to completion, your experience will allow you to assess each brief for timings, budgets and identify any issues that may prolong a smooth delivery. The campaigns will cover off all print/Digital/Press/OOH and TV media.

Key experience of the Head of Project Management include:

-Strong financial understanding of briefs/campaigns and Profit and Loss
-Background in Production and/or Advertising
-Proven large team management skills of up to 15 people
-Strong assertive yet diplomatic approach
-Efficient troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
