Role

This practical role requires someone who is passionate about all things digital and looking to develop a career in User Experience
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn and develop a breadth of skills in digital user experience.  Aspects of the role will include:
 

  • Developing Interaction Design skills to develop and document site structures, navigation flows and mockups
  • Exploring challenging UX issues within ecommerce
  • Preparing wireframes and concepts to demonstrate your solutions to clients
  • Working with designers, business analysts and developers to form the best production outcome
  • Attending client briefing and requirements gathering sessions
  • Presenting progress and explaining the UX concepts to internal and client stakeholders
  • Conducting usability testing research sessions and interpreting and collating feedback


Experience Requirements
 

  • Degree educated
  • Experience in using at least one wireframing tool
  • Understanding of modern web and mobile technologies, usability principles and design trends
  • Ability to write high quality emails, documents and presentations without further training or educationExcellent, all round communication skills, including strong presentation skills


Advantages

 

  • Experience of working in a digital/web agency
  • HTML, CSS skills
  • Experience of Axure RP, MS Visio, Omnigraffle or similar prototyping tools
  • Experience of Techsmith Morae for usability testing and analysis
  • Illustration skills and Photoshop
