As Trading Manager you will have responsibility for ensuring we achieve trading targets across all channels and help ensure customer continue to have a fantastic journey when they interact with O2 online.
Your role will be researching and tracking customer habits and desires in order that we are constantly adapting our approach. Working closely with other teams you’ll draw on your ability to manage stakeholders, and secure funding by presenting business proposals. With these talents, plus your natural creativity and determination to deliver, you’ll have a have a major impact on O2 and customers alike.
To join us, you’ll need previous experience in Trading manager role. Ideally, you’ll have worked in an online services role where you’ll have successfully led customers to adopt online self-service in preference to other forms of contact such as telephone. Whatever your background, you’ll be used to delivering new, high impact, propositions into market and tracking in-life performance.
