Key areas of accountability:

·         Responsible for providing digital channels analysis and insight on customer experience, online marketing performance for digital team

·         Use Adobe SiteCatalyst, Google Analytics and Web trends to create meaningful dashboards and reports for digital channel and marketing managers, internal stakeholders and external partners to help them make informed decisions

·         Undertake BAU KPI reporting and ad-hoc in-depth analysis into usage of websites, mobile and applications using SiteCatalyst

·         Use pathing, funnel analysis, attribution modelling, segmentation, campaign analysis, conversion optimisation and other appropriate web analysis techniques to monitor visitor, conversion and sales performance and make recommendations for improvements to marketing activity and customer journeys

·         Present usage analysis and customer profiling, identifying risks and opportunities with recommendations to stakeholders providing clear explanation and insight into user behaviour, metrics and trends

·         Analyse multivariate and personalisation testing to identify opportunities to drive revenue

·         Customer insight champion, developing and refining reporting techniques, capability and stakeholder understanding to improve efficiency, ensuring data is at the heart of decisions

·         Responsible for planning, implementing and supporting the integration of tagging codes on existing and new digital journeys

  ·       Train channel and campaign managers to undertake basic visitor and conversion web analytics for their products to a high standard.
