Your role
Developing, leading and inspiring a number of growing physical and digital communities, you’ll enjoy a broad range of strategically important responsibilities:
•You’ll cultivate and stimulate the Technology Strategy Board community to network both in the real world and within online sites - from our virtual open innovation platform, _connect, through to other business focussed forums.
•Driving activity among the growing company of community managers on _connect, you’ll play an increasingly significant role in realising our vision for open innovation as further external communities join the platform.
•Developing on and offline strategies and tactics that result in inspiring, useful experiences, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring continuity, quality and consistency of community engagement - and you’ll encourage active participation.
•Educating users about functionality and features, you’ll also establish tracking and reporting metrics and winning stories.
Your background
With a proven track record in delivering social media toolkits and building communities both on and offline, you demonstrate impressive credentials:
•A degree (or equivalent) in Marketing and Communications.
•A strong understanding of web analytics and SEO, plus experience of creating successful social media strategies.
•Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to lead a team of community managers.
