That’s what we’re offering at aia worldwide. Our global accounts are incredibly prestigious but equally complex. As Client Partner Lead (Strategy), you’ll take overall responsibility for the retention and growth of a major account, championing the client’s employer brand and acting as its ambassador in the wider world.
From an external perspective, you’ll act in a consultancy capacity, providing ongoing strategic advice. It will be down to you to identify upselling opportunities and promote organic and new business growth, enterprise-level solutions and strategies. This will involve spending one or two days a week on site to develop and sustain key, high-level client relationships and really get under the skin of the client’s business.
Internally, you’ll lead a team of client service professionals, sharing your knowledge to identify client objectives, and work with resources across the agency to ensure best practice and deliver top-quality solutions. These could range from an employer branding project to integrated digital, social, mobile and print campaigns. Ultimately, your aim will be to deliver ROI for your client and revenue for our agency.
Your background could be agency-side in talent acquisition/recruitment communications, or client-side. What’s important is that you have the commercial nous, strategic vision and drive to grow an extremely high-value account and help maintain our status in the industry. Of graduate calibre, you must have the proven ability to manage a team, influence people at all levels and accommodate change. A confident presenter and a shrewd business analyst, you’ll have a passion for digital technology and be fully up to date on the latest trends, techniques and tools.
