My client, a boutique digital agency in the heart of London are looking for a talented Digital Account Manager to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Account Manager to join a growing agency with a friendly atmosphere and ambitious people and plans!
You will be supporting the Account Director with retention and growth of the current client base and attracting new revenue and opportunities.
As Digital Account Manager you will be working on end to end project delivery and ensuring work is delivered on budget and on time. This will include proposals, scoping, project planning, implementation, testing and delivery. It's a full service digital agency that includes web design and build, UX, app build, SEO, Social media, mobile and digital strategy. You will be the go to person for the client and responsible for liaising with internal departments in the agency.
The Digital Account Manager will report into an Account Director and have an Account Exec to support.
As Digital Account Manager you will be responsible for:
oMaintaining regular project/client correspondence
oDeveloping client relationships beyond the scope of individual projects
oCommercial budget tracking
oInterpreting client requests
oLiaising with build team at a technical level
The perfect Digital Account Manager will be enthusiastic, passionate about digital, posses amazing client service skills with attention to detail and a creative mind.
