We are looking for an Online Trading and Merchandising Manager to join our Online team based at Head Office. Reporting to our Head of Online, you will be responsible for planning and delivering online profitable sales growth for Hackett.com. You will be responsible for planning and selecting a range of products targeted at the online customer and the successful Merchandising and Trading of those products on the Hackett online shop to drive sales and deliver a profitable return to the business.
Utilising the web analytics applications at your disposal, you will also provide insights and trading analysis to make better informed decisions to drive sales, and will identify opportunities for future development of the trading platform to support your decisions.
As custodian of the online range, you will liaise with all key functions of the business, but particularly merchandising and product teams, as well as warehousing and logistics functions, to help deliver your plans.
You must exhibit a commercial acumen and have demonstrable experience in delivering appropriate ranges to targeted customers. You will have hands-on Merchandising experience and use of CMS systems. Your proven use of web and associated technologies in driving sales in an online environment, and experience in using web analytics to inform the decision making process, will make you an excellent candidate for this role. It is also important that you have an appreciation for premium brands as an understanding of premium or luxury consumers, is essential to effectively selling to them.
