Our client is one of the UK's leading multi-channel retailers offering stylish, high quality, great value clothing and home products, as well as outstanding quality foods. They are market leaders in many categories and have an urgency vacancy as a Customer Insight Analyst.

The Customer Insight Analyst will be required to undertake analysis to provide the team with a robust understanding of their UK & International customer, how they shop and how marketing campaigns and trading initiatives change customer behaviour.

As Customer Insight Analyst you will periodically update key customer segmentations for email marketing and evaluate the overall impact of mailing activity. You will provide analysis of offline and online campaign initiatives, promotional activity, vouchers and specifically across multi-channel touch points with the customer (desktop, mobile, and touch screen ordering points).

To be considered for this role, you will have experience with SAS, SQL and data manipulation with strong experience of data mining large databases and experience using web analytics tools. A degree in Maths or Statistics is preferred as is experience utilising skills in a retail company. You will ideally have multi-channel experience across desktop, mobile and touch screen.
