Supporting the Marketing Manager in the development of digital marketing plans and strategies for the Clinidirect website.

The successful candidates will be joining a fast growing sales and marketing organisation that focuses its resources towards achieving significant sales growth whilst at the same times delivering high levels of service to its customers.
Reporting directly to a Marketing Manager, you will need to demonstrate:
The ability to identify appropriate opportunities and implement sponsorship plans, coupled with an ability to assess qualitative and quantitative information in order to support and actively contribute towards decision making in both creative and strategic capacities would be a distinct advantage.
Brief description of the job responsibilities:
Achieving digital sales targets by raising brand, acquiring and retaining online customers
Liaise with online marketing agencies and plan and implement all online marketing activities: content generation, publicizing content, SEO, social networks, PPC, website video and animation creative, E-CRM and advertising
Monitor closely budget and keep track of all online expenditure
Segment and target high value customers with promotional offers on the website
Manage social platforms and ensuring each has clear objectives, strategies and tactics, which include frequency, recent, authentic and creative content updates
Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the website
Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
Internal Processes Perspective
Monitor closely website performance and analyse performance/ ROI on all online activities
Monitor & optimize SEO performance
Management of the website by updating, analysing and optimizing information and offers
Contribute to the definition of the annual marketing plan in coordination with the wider Marketing team to drive traffic from offline sources
Work in collaboration with the Marketing team to ensure product and educational content is current
Identify training and skill gaps
Be committed to continuous professional development
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure overall organizational success
Relevant experience or qualifications required:
Graduate with a least 2.1 degree
The successful candidate will be online savvy; have worked in on-line marketing for 2 years
• Experience in digital acquisition and retention strategies and tactics
• Good social media skills, with extensive knowledge of PPC and SEO
• Copy writing skills
• PR and media relations
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and manage agency relationships.
• Well organised, ability to work to deadlines and manage projects efficiently.
• Ability to think outside of the box
Understanding and interpretation of financial data
Be confident with analysing and reporting on web analytics
