Paid Search is a key element in our online marketing strategy, accounting for a significant share of overall budget. Strong performance in this area is essential to achieve the online sales performance. Your role will be to ensure we are delivering best of breed paid search marketing for all our brands. You will work closely with the Paid Search Manager whose objective it is to own and deliver the overall paid search strategy.

What You'll Be Doing  
•    Devise and plan TUI Mainstream Search Engine Marketing strategy to deliver first class paid search campaigns in conjunction with line manager and agency  
•    Develop and manage all aspects of the paid search campaign including strategy, planning and managing activities across multiple search engines on an ongoing basis  
•    Managing Paid search budget on a monthly basis to deliver agreed targets within efficiency range
•    Produce accurate forecasting and diminishing returns models to ensure balance between  ROI and volume
•    Closely manage our appointed agencies to maximise efficiencies by constantly challenging decisions and developing a process of continuous improvement using trackable measures  
•    Devise, implement and maintain optimal account structures to support leading paid search campaigns  
•    Develop best practice working procedures for paid search activity Work with key stakeholders in the development of ongoing test and learn strategy for paid search to ensure maximum campaign effectiveness  
•    Understand search landscape to identify and execute opportunities for growth (traffic and sales)  
•    Liaise heavily and develop relationships with key search engines and partners (e.g. Google, Yahoo and MSN) to ensure we are benefitting from their expertise and on top of new developments  
•    To develop and manage a reporting framework which clearly attributes value across all digital marketing channels  
•    Production and analysis of key MI to ensure transparency across the paid search area  
•    Work with colleagues within online marketing team to ensure we are spending budget appropriately and constantly challenging attribution model  
•    Maximise synergies between paid and natural search campaigns  
•    Liaise with key stakeholders in the ecommerce and marketing teams to ensure paid search is integrated within the business  
•    Develop/procure tools to ensure we have full visibility on competitor landscape  
•    Ensure we are fully up to speed with latest technology and fully utilising current technology of choice  
•    Devise and implement portfolio and logic based bidding strategies and ongoing improvement and adjustments  
•    Supporting other  initiatives within Online Marketing Team - Manage other projects as assigned
