Qubit is looking for a Client Executive to join our growing team in the heart of Soho. This is the perfect opportunity for a graduate or early career professional with outstanding interpersonal skills and a love of the web. You’ll get a great education in client management, dealing with board-level clients at some of e-Commerce’s most exciting brands.
As a Client Executive it’ll be your job to build and maintain relationships with a selection of our clients, both in the UK and internationally. You’ll manage website optimization projects for sites with millions of hits, and help our clients get the most out of Qubit’s technical tools.
Founded in 2010 by a team from Google’s London and New York offices, Qubit work with some of the biggest names in Online. Our engineers have built a brand new platform that combines a number of technologies – analytics, automation, personalisation and more – into a simple, easy-to-use product.
We’re not the only ones excited about our new approach to solving the problems of modern e-Commerce. We’ve just raised $7.5 million in Series A funding from one of the UK’s biggest venture capitalists. Come and join the growing team as we embark on the brightest chapter in Qubit’s history.
Although we’ve now grown to more than 50 people, we’re keen on keeping our culture as relaxed and open as when there were only 5 of us. What You’ll Be Doing
Working to develop successful client relationships and engaging with senior management at our largest clients.
Acting as the first point of contact for our clients and setting them up with our tools, trouble-shooting and providing general problem solving support.
Working with internal designers to produce website solutions for our clients.
Attending our events and promoting Qubit’s products to our clients and prospects.
What You’ll Need
At least an undergraduate degree from a top tier university with a maximum of two years professional experience.
A genuine love of technology and the internet.
The ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
Extremely organized with excellent project management skills or experience.
Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
An understanding of the strategic needs of online marketing professionals.
