SENIOR ACQUISTION & RETENTION MANAGER - ONLINE RETAILER
£60,000 - £70,000 + Excellent Benefits Package
My client is one of the best known consumer brands in the world connecting buyers and sellers across a number of International websites. They are now looking for a Senior Acquisition & Retention Manager to deliver Insights & key projects.
As Senior Acquisition & Retention Manager you will recommend the options to drive acquisition of new customers and retention of existing customers through all available levers. The role is all about digging deep into data to find the issues and opportunities. Part of the role will also involve customer modeling, where you will develop and refine & churn forecasting models, customer profiling and segmentation.
In the position of Senior Acquisition & Retention Manager, you will have responsibility of programme management and thus optimize their customer funnel by coordinating action on insights & recommendations quickly in a fast paced, test and learn environment and then plan and manage delivery of the programme involving multiple cross functional teams, locally and regionally.
We are looking for senior candidate with a heavyweight Insights background within Retail or Travel.
Together with very strong analytical problem skills & an exceptional commercial thinker, who thrives on balancing extreme analytical complexity with real-world customer insights and has a passion for their business and ecommerce.
You should demonstrate strength in analyzing information and segmentation and have the ability to merge qualitative and strategic perspectives with analytics to create balanced recommendations.
