The Digital Project Manager Opportunity:

Our Project Managers are the lynchpin in day-to-day management of client projects.The project team are adaptive to change and collaborative in their approach. Our Project Managers are solutions focused and possess a flexible can do attitude no matter the adversity.

To be a successful Project Manager you will be an excellent communicator (written and verbal), but also crucially a person who is an expert listener; and training direct reports in the value of listening.

Our Project Managers are experts at multi-tasking, have capacity and stamina for work, and remain unflappable under pressure.

// The Digital Project Manager

The Digital Project Manager will be required to manage small to medium projects from kick-off to delivery.The role involves exceptional communication and coordination across a high volume of digital campaigns and deliverables.You will need to have previous experience working in an agency in delivering high volumes of banners and email campaigns as well as ad trafficking platforms such as Double Click/FlashTalking.

Experience and Skills

You will need:

> Knowledge of Common API’s and web services [Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc].

> Knowledge of System architecture and database modelling.

> Knowledge of adserving platforms like Doubleclick, Flashtalking or US equivalents.

> In building web sites for well-known brands and experience in working in web agencies on design led projects.

The following would be of benefit

> Good knowledge of web security fundamentals.

> Good appreciation of SEO and accessibility.

> Experience of Facebook application development.

> Experience in native mobile app development and submission processes.

> You will need to be vibrant, flexible, and determined to champion the values of the agency.

> As a PM you will need to be expert at multi-tasking and managing the expectations of each project assigned to you as well as the expectations of others (from clients, to line-managers, to colleagues).

> You have a ‘safe pair of hands’.

> Fair and unemotional negotiation is a critical attribute of our Project Managers.

> If you are managing direct reports, you will be responsible for mentoring them and ensuring they are provided with good opportunities for personal development.

Other Qualities:

> Excellent administration and organizational skills.

> Good personal presentation

> Demonstrate good self-motivation, strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure.

> A dependable team player with a sense of humour and lots of energy. Be personable and approachable.

Preferred Qualifications:

> Degree (preferred but not required, depending on experience).

>Prior agency experience.

> Comprehensive understanding of general marketing practices

> Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
