If you are all about inspiring people through great ideas, then a Strategic Planner role with this agency could be just ticket. At the heart the of the role, the Strategic Planner will deliver creative innovation and digital strategy solutions which draw attention. You'll be leading the thinking for key accounts, whilst providing consumer solutions which motivate behaviour. Daily activities include:
Capturing clients needs creatively and analytically
Turning ideas into structured work streams
Developing measurable team objectives
Flexibility in supporting internal and feedback meetings
A Strategic Planner who is creatively minded with good instincts would do well in this highly functioning environment. As well as a rational mind with a strong grasp of data planning you'll also demonstrate a calm nature under pressure. On a day to day basis the strategic Planner will be immersed in:
Working closely with creative, copywriters, UX and developers
Brainstorming for innovative and refining ideas
Pushing for creative excellence, whilst respecting client challenges
Occasional late evening to support the team
