We are looking for an Analytics Performance Manager to join the Disney Interactive team.
You will be part of a team helping to evaluate and optimise performance of Disney’s digital products and services. This will involve analysing performance of Disney Interactive digital products, particularly commercial games such as Club Penguin, but also mobile products, websites, and social games.
You will be trained on internal tools, and must be able to comfortably use dashboard tools and methods including SQL queries to extract data from various analytic and business intelligence platforms, interpret trends and results, and clearly articulate key insights to the wider business, product, and commercial stakeholders.
The key practical applications of this analysis will be for Club Penguin marketing campaigns assessments as well as insights to successful in-world content. In addition the team will guide our digital production studio to achieve business targets in their website and game apps.
We are looking for an analytical candidate with a practical approach to the management of large volumes of data. You will need to be organised and able to effectively work across teams, locally, regionally, and globally, to ensure cooperation and support in implementing recommendations necessary to improve products.
You will join us with experience working in a digital analytics, research, or consumer insights division, either agency or client-side. You will have expert skills using MS Excel, data presentation tools, MS Powerpoint as well as Keynote. You will also have advanced experience of using web analytics tools, Omniture preferred as well as previous experience of using Nielsen Netview or Comscore Media Metrix. You will have demonstrable experience and an understanding of the digital arena and proven experience of guiding business strategy through data analytics and consumer insights.
