As the website optimisation market continues to grow, we are also looking to expand our consultancy team with Sector specific Principal Consultants. We’re looking for people who want to be visible and make an impact, bringing substantial increases to the online revenues of our clients. You’ll get to use a broad range of website personalisation solutions to make individual user experiences more relevant, leading to increased response rates through up or cross selling on campaigns and greater basket sizes and revenues through product recommendation and loyalty. Position title: Digital Project Manager
Location: London, UK
You will be the primary point of client contact on a day to day basis representing a client team led by one of Maxymiser’s Principal Consultants. You will be responsible for coordinating all parties (internal and external) to ensure the complete and on-time delivery of all activity defined in a roadmap that has been agreed with the client.
Project manage the effective delivery of campaign activity to an industry aligned client portfolio
Develop effective business relationships with clients
Coordinate regular client communication and meetings
Report/manage client resource consumption and production output against contract
Raise and manage all issues to resolution via the Maxymiser ticketing system
Guide new clients through on-boarding for Business Processes
Manage the forecast of future production activity
Manage the status of campaigns in the Maxymiser User Interface with clients
Thorough knowledge of Digital Project Management with at least 3 years demonstrable experience in a web related environment, agency or client side, delivering multiple digital projects simultaneously
Excellent at scheduling, calm under pressure with a talent for pushing the project along, keeping everything on track
Exceptional time management and organisational skills
Strong customer service skills
First class communication skills (both verbal and written)
Experience managing multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
Good working knowledge of web technologies, web build processes and online campaigns
Graduate level education (or equivalent)
Prince2 Foundation certified preferable
