An exciting opportunity for an ambitious digital marketer to join Saga’s digital marketing team as a web optimisation analyst.
This role is focused on optimising the online customer journeys for products and services across insurance, ensuring the expansion of the on-line business through customer acquisition and achieving revenue growth. You will use your analytical skills in conjunction with various web-tracking tools to identify areas of improvement in performance in the online journey. Equally as important will be your ability to champion this change so that it gets implemented and tracking its success.
In addition to this you will be expected to develop and rollout reporting that provides insight to the business as to the drivers behind the performance of online customer journeys.
You will need to keep abreast of trends in website optimisation, conversion marketing and the growth of new technologies and use this knowledge to improve the performance of the customer journeys.
Previous experience that demonstrates success of driving actionable analytics and insight in a previous role preferred.
