Head of Social Media- The role
As a Head of Social, you will be responsible for leading the social media department which consists of Account Directors/ Managers and Executives. You will be responsible for identifying new business ventures, carving out highly strategic business plans to insure growth and building a solid team with the best talent in the market.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must;
*Be a specialist in the social media field
*Have experience working in a top media agency, working at a senior level. Directors looking to make the next step up would be considered
*Be confident leading a team internally, this should include the training and development of staff and hiring new talent.
*Have a strategic mind and be able to seek out business opportunities to grow the department
