Data and Insights are crucial to this Media Agency's growth plans, and the Performance Data & Insight Manager will help to link Data Analytics and Insight to their Planning function and strategy.
Initially working on a key client account, the Performance Data & Insights Manager will have scope to be part of a wider analytics team, but don't think this means you'll just be crunching numbers all day; it's vital that you can use your data manipulation skills and numerical ability to give a first-line insight into their campaigns and use it to tell a story to others within the business and to clients. This scope means that there are great opportunities for progression within the firm and many options for your career develop by taking in different aspects of work in a global media agency.
What we're looking for:
- Numerical experience, through either academics and/or work experience (Economics, Statistical, Mathematical background or an analytical work record)
- Experience handling large data sets, checking, cleaning and analysing data, especially if you have drawn initial insights from it
- An understanding of, of interest in, Media Planning, Advertising and Data
- An inquisitive and entrepreneurial attitude - Strong Excel Skills
