Your role
The ideal scenario starts with you listening to the client and working out what they need. Then, it’s about managing their expectations. Exploring the most creative digital strategy. Scoping out a solution that zeros in on the clients’ challenges. And finally making sure the client’s so blown away by it that they buy into it on the spot. You will be part of our Digital team, reporting into the Head of Digital Strategy.

Skills and qualities
This isn't something everyone can do. You need a head for business. You need to be tenacious, fascinated by human behaviour and driven by success. You also need to be passionate about the potential and possibilities of the digital world – and able to get that passion across to everyone else, clearly.

 On the technical side, you should understand programming languages and how to gain real insights through data analysis.

 We’re also looking for a people person: someone likeable, knowledgeable and with an uncanny ability to get the best out of other people – from Planning and Analysis to Creative and Account Handling. This is a client facing role so you should be comfortable in presenting to clients and internal stakeholders alike.
