With a £2.5million budget and a dedicated team of 25 individuals, you’ll have everything you need to lead the vision and strategy content of our website, far into the future. You’ll include our mobile apps in your innovative approach as we move towards using a variety of other media to make our customers’ time with us even more engaging. From Tulsa to Timbuktu, you’ll think of our customers as individuals and consider all of the different user journeys across the globe.
As Chair of the British Airways Content Board, you’ll work closely with a number of stakeholders. Understandably you’ll need strong leadership and influencing skills. But that won’t be a problem when commercial acumen, customer focus and the ability to translate complex detail orientated information into clear simple messages are just a handful of your great attributes. With an impressive background in marketing or publishing, you’ll have track record of finding ingenuous solutions to complex cross functional issues and delivering change.
