We have transformed our marketing, placing it front and centre, with aggregators spearheading our growth. Price comparison websites have changed how customers buy insurance and we’re building a team of people who will spearhead the growth of this channel, as aggregators are set to be the single most significant source of new business for our consumer brands - RIAS and Castle cover - over the next five years.
We’re looking for talented, forward thinking and energised professionals who have the desire to exploit the tremendous potential for sales and to play a high-profile role in enhancing our aggregator capability.
What the Aggregator Consultant role involves
Ultimately, it’s about developing and implementing the aggregator business plan and making the aggregator channel a success. This means monitoring and optimising the channel performance and implementing improvement initiatives that keep us ahead of the competition. Your delivery will bring an uplift in growth and proposition of new business through aggregator channels, and have a big impact on our success.
There’ll be every opportunity to shape the role, set up Analytics and MI and engage across the Ageas UK group of companies, building best practice and joining up your approach. You’ll work in partnership with aggregators, building and developing the relationship, as well as across teams within Price Optimisation, Operations and Campaign Marketing. Basically, you’ll be a key driver in our journey.
What we’ll need from you
We want a talented, forward thinking and energised professional who’s keen to make a direct impact and see Ageas 50 grow. An expert in general insurance with experience of aggregator channels, you’ll have worked for a financial services company before and bring excellent analytical thinking with the ability to solve marketing and operational issues. What’s more, you’re able to draw on knowledge of consumers, technology and market trends, as well as good technical awareness.
You’ll be an excellent relationship manager – articulate and confident - you’re a natural when it comes to building a rapport with aggregators and working in partnership with the rest of the business. You’ll combine this with a proactive approach, and the ability to plan and forecast from a commercial sales perspective.
